Depending on where you are taking off from you will want to handle the wing sweep differently. If carrier ops, do not run through these steps until you're hooked up to the catapult given how cramped the deck is.
Typically on a normal airfield you can go ahead and setup the emergency wing sweep before taxiing.
Proper flap setup for different conditions is outside the scope of this particular checklist, but generally speaking I use full flaps for take off.
