Probably about 90% of the NATOPS startup check list, just removed the things that don't matter in DCS. Check list contains the currently functional BITs if you also have random failures enabled.
This is the checklist I generally use when playing the F-14. It's not a true NATOPS procedure, but complete enough to get you up and flying for most cases.
It does reference some Jester commands which can be skipped if you're flying with a RIO.
